This program is designed to build muscle in the glutes and lower body while strengthening the entire body.

It will consist of three day lower body days with two upper body days. We will be concentrating on those hard to define areas. The combination of strength training with Cardio will have you feeling more confident than ever with your backside. This program is a beautiful blend of strength training for muscle gain and cardio for fat loss, to help you reach your ultimate goals.

Whether your goal is to look better in your jeans or bathing suit, this program is designed for you.

After 8 weeks, a free-week will be available!

Equipment recommended for home workouts:

  • Dumbbells as heavy as possible 1o pound minimum (lower body can tolerate heavier weight)
  • Exercise ball, booty bands and disc sliders.
  • Socks or washcloths can be used in place of sliders.
  • Ankle weights and kettlebells if possible. ( You can find them at Marshall’s, Dicks, TJMaxx, Amazon)
