Equipment recommended for home workouts:
- A pair of free weights starting with 5 pounds minimum
- an exercise ball, booty bands and disc sliders
- Socks or washcloths can be used in place of sliders
This eight week program is designed specifically with you in mind it creates habit, accountability and structure. This program’s goal is to progressively overload the muscles weekly ( meaning increasing weight) to create a stronger you from the inside out. Creating a more sculpted, toned, physique while improving posture ,core strength and overall well-being for more confident you.
